If our technicians have a known illness, they will not visit a customers’ home. When in your home, the technician will wear gloves as much as possible and may need to clean or sanitize a surface they touch during their visit. Technicians will also wear shoe covers while in your home. We also have provided our technicians with antibacterial spray to clean tools and electronics that are brought into your home.

If you or anyone in your home is experiencing flu like symptoms, please notify us and reschedule your visit at least 14 days out from original appointment.
